Top-ups are automatic and usually take 1–30 minutes after payment is confirmed.
Do I need to share my Steam password?
No. We only need your Steam account login, never your password.
Where can I see the final cost?
The total is shown before payment. The final amount credited depends on Steam’s internal currency conversion.
Which payment methods are available?
Available methods include bank cards, SBP and other payment options.
What if my funds haven’t arrived?
If funds have not arrived within 30 minutes, contact support on Telegram. If a top-up cannot be completed, a card refund takes 3–5 business days.
Can I top up Steam in Russia?
Yes. You can pay with Russian bank cards and SBP.
Are CIS countries supported?
We support most CIS regions.
Why might the credited amount be different?
Steam converts funds into your account currency using its internal rate. The credited amount may differ by around 1–5%.
